Return Policy

The customers of our e-shop have the right to return the products they bought within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

 Returns are accepted if:

• the products are returned in excellent condition, are in their original packaging and the commercial labels of the manufacturing company have not been removed
• the products have not been used, damaged, washed,
• the products are returned with the cash register receipt/ invoice and the receipt documents.

The customer is charged with the shipping costs of the returned products.

The Store is charged with the return costs in the following three cases:

1. The order has been executed incorrectly (wrong code or wrong number) through the fault of the Store
2. If upon delivery, the product had a damaged packaging. In this case the customer can refuse delivery from the beginning.
3. The product is defective and if this is verified by the Store.

 In these cases, returns are made by the Store and provided that prior relevant consultation and written communication via email between the two parties has been accomplished.

The refund of the value of the returned products, and of any shipping costs paid by the customer, is completed within 14 calendar days from the date the Store receives the products with the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless there is an agreement between the two on something different .

 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons such as: any type of briefs, men's underwear, corset panties, bodysuits, bottom swimsuits, tights.
