• Measure the circumference of the breast (at nipple height) and the circumference of the hips (or waist for men)
• If your size is between two sizes, you should prefer the larger one.

Bra Size

The sizes on the bras consist of a number and a Latin letter e.g., 75B, 80C, 85D... The number (75,80,85...) reflects the size of the chest and the letter (B, C, D,... ) reflects the size of the  cups (breasts).  

  To find the right size:

• Measure the circumference of the chest (just below the bra) and round to the size closest (e.g., If the measurement is 73, select 75.

        If the measurement is 89, you select 90 etc.)

• Measure the circumference of the breast at the height of the nipples.
• Deduct the two numbers you found. The difference between the circumference of the breast and the circumference of the chest reflects the correct cup based on the following table:

Example: suppose the chest circumference measurement is 89 cm (so we round to the nearest one and the number will be 90) and the breast circumference measurement is 106 cm. So 106-89=17, so the correct size is 90C.
